Torreznos de Soria precooked La Hoguera
The "Torrezno de Soria", is one of the jewels of Soriano gastronomy. It is a piece composed of crisp and golden crust on one side and tender lean and bacon on the other, which make it an excellent delicacy that conquers the palate of everyone who tests it.
How to fry it?
1.- Open the tray, remove the torreznos and leave them to drink between 30 minutes and 2 hours at room temperature.
2.- Put abundant oil in a pan and heat well. Set the thermostat to 180 º in deep fryer.
3.- When the oil is very hot, fry the torreznos, stirring them for about 5 minutes, until the desired point is obtained.
In this way easy and fast we will get the authentic "Torrezno de Soria", with a crusty golden crust and a tender and juicy slim.
