Quesada Pasiega sweet typical of Valle del Pas (Cantabria). Made with traditional recipe. Pasiega Quesada is made from milk, flour, sugar, lemon, eggs and local butter in Ontaneda pasiega population. It is a typical sweet Spaniard more than a century and as other pasiegas working out for the use of its exquisite butter makes the difference from other similar sweets.
