General description

Aññaki spiced anchovies. Made entirely artisanal and always following rigorous quality controls (the anchovies are subjected to a freezing process to ensure the prevention of Anisakis). Filled by hand, one by one, they are left to macerate in wine vinegar and once reached their optimum maceration level, they are packed with olive oil, garlic and parsley. They have a delicate flavor that makes them unique and are ideal to be tasted seasoned with Modena vinegar and chopped scallion.
