How to use: 1-Pour prepared an envelope and 60g of sugar in a saucepan and mix thoroughly dry mixture. 500 ml. milk, pour a little into the mixture and stir until completely dissolved. Then add the remaining milk and stir. 2-Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. 3-Remove the pan from the heat and pour the mixture into the (s) flanera (s) caramelized (s) previously. (See recipe below liquid caramel). 4-Let cool about 10 minutes and kept in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. Liquid caramel recipe: 1-In a saucepan, pour a tablespoon of sugar and other water per serving. Simmer until a blond caramel. 2-Cover bottom of pan with liquid caramel. Store in refrigerator up to 3 days.
