Delicious green pesto sauce made with extra virgin olive oil. At Gallo they have made the fresh pesto sauce based on chopped basil mixed with oil, cheese, cashews and pine nuts.

Ingredients:

Sunflower oil (34%), basil (29%), potatoes, glucose syrup, cashews (6.8%), grana padano cheese (4.5%) (egg lysozyme), pecorino cheese (4.5%), salt, olive oil extra virgin olive (1%), pine nuts (1%), acidity regulator: lactic acid and garlic. Campaign2: Sunflower oil, basil (29.2%), potatoes, glucose syrup, cheeses (4.5%) (preservative: egg lysozyme), cashews (4%), salt, Grana Padano PDO cheese (2. 25%) (preservative: egg lysozyme), Pecorino Romano PDO cheese (2.25%), potato flakes, extra virgin olive oil (1.5%), pine nuts (1%), garlic, aromas, temperature regulator acidity: lactic acid.
