Vieira Scallops sauce

A refined time, the Zamburiña (Chlamis varies), passes through a washing process prior to chipping and thereafter, to avoid any impurities.
Once selected pottage, it is cooked and washed again eliminating all possible remains of shells and sand.
With the utmost care, the stomach of each scallop is removed, to pack them by hand.
The presentation of this product is made in scallop sauce, made exclusively with natural ingredients.
