Bajoz Tinto takes its name from the river Bajoz that flows near the town of Morales de Toro in Zamora. It is made exclusively of grapes selected and harvested by hand of the tempranillo variety (Tinta de Toro), from vines of up to 40 years. The result is fruity and well-balanced wine.
From cherry-colored envelopes with violet reflections, the nose offers crisp, intense aromas of strawberry, raspberry, black currant and licorice. In the mouth it is structured, persistent and fleshy.
It is a very versatile wine and harmonizes with a large number of dishes, especially with red meats, white meats, sausages, pizza or pasta.
