The birth of Malleolus makes the wines of Bodegas Emilio Moro start to stand out for having an identity of their own. Cultivated from grapes of mullets between 25 and 75 years, this wine is a turning point in the history of the winery. Malleolus, translated from Latin as majuelo, is the way of calling the vineyards in Pesquera de Duero.
The wine has remained for 18 days macerating with the skins and aged for 18 months in French Allier robes until the moment of its bottling.
