Asturian fabada
Ingredients: Asturian faba (type of large white bean), chorizo, blood sausage, lacón and ham.

Riojan-style lentils

Ingredients: Chickpeas, desalted cod, spinach, tomato, onion, garlic, paprika, bay leaf and olive oil.
Preparation: After soaking the chickpeas the night before, they are cooked in a pot until they are half done. Add the crumbled cod and spinach. On the other hand, a sauce is made with tomato, onion and garlic. This sauce, along with a little paprika, is added to the pot. Cook everything together until tender.
Lentils with chorizo
