Tagliatelle with Parmigiano-Reggiano Parmesan. The exquisite Parmigiano-Reggiano, with its authentic taste and traditional production, provides unmatched to this irresistible and delicious recipe touch.
In preparation:
1.- Put ½ liter of water in a medium saucepan (22/24 cm diameter).
2.- When the water boils pour the contents of the envelope. Stir until completely introduce the pasta into the water.
3.- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sauce acquires the desired texture (about 10 minutes).
