Made with grapes from vineyards on slate soils in the Monterrei Valley (Galicia), limiting the production by strain.
Tasting notes Straw yellow with greenish reflections, clean and bright. Aromas loaded with minerality, balsamic notes and floral fragrances. Powerful mouthfeel, with fresh sensation, good structure and balance. Highlights notes of white fruit and minerals, with a creamy and silky feeling due to their work on lees.
