Sauce Ñoras Rajope
The Ñora is a ball pepper, very aromatic that contributes a characteristic and peculiar flavor. Traditionally used to exalt the taste and color of rice. A fundamental ingredient of sauces as popular as "Romesco" and "Xató". Harvested at their optimum maturation time.
