Beans with Octopus

Beans, along with other legumes, are one of the main ingredients when preparing stews and soups of winter beans with octopus and these are one of the best recipes.

Ingredients Recipe for 4 people:

250 gr. White beans
3 or 4 feet octopus
1 onion
1 red pepper
2 garlic cloves
1 bay leaf
Olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Sweet paprika
Salt
 

Development of beans with octopus:

We soaked the day before, the beans in salted water.
The next day we scurried lasalubias, the get into the pressure cooker and add the clean and whole onion, along with washing and seedless pepper.
We cover water, season and add a trickle of extra virgin olive oil and octopus legs.
We cover the pressure cooker and put the fire.
Once you have uploaded the valve to the maximum, lower the heat to low and cook for 30 minutes.
