As you know, following Brexit, various customs formalities were implemented, which led us to suspend shipments to this destination.
However, we have worked hard to overcome the associated complications and resume offering our products in the UK.
It is important to mention some details to have in mind when making your purchases:
Tariff: Given that all sales to UK are considered imports, tariffs should be paid. To avoid unpleasant surprises on delivery, we have set a purchase limit of £130 - approximately 150 Euros (including taxes) and a maximum weight of 25 kilos. With this limit, the customer will not have to pay additional tariff, since we will take care of liquidating them in the UK Inland Revenue. If you would like to make a purchase of higher value, you can do so by dividing the orders in two or more, with their corresponding transport costs.
Taxes (VAT): The prices of all our products in the online shop are the same for all countries, but corresponding taxes are applied for each destination. Therefore, when identifying the UK as the destination country, prices will be adjusted due to the application of local VAT.
Restricted food products: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship alcoholic beverages, products from animal origins and fresh products to the UK due to UK customs restrictions.
In order to facilitate your shopping experience and ensure that you purchase the right products, we recommend that you follow these steps:
1. Login to our website: www.yourspanishshop.es/en/
2.Log in or register if you have not already done so.
3. Select "United Kingdom" as your destination country to view all products available for delivery to that location, including taxes. Products that cannot be shipped to the United Kingdom are marked with an icon:
If for any reason you do not log in as a customer and add restricted products destined for the UK, the system will display a message to remove those products from your shopping cart before proceeding.
The cost of shipping to the UK is only 29.99 € for a maximum weight of 25 kilos, including customs charges. Estimated delivery time is 1-2 days for customs clearance, plus 4-5 days transit time to destination.
