The stock of all the products guarantees itself by appearing in our website, though we donot insure the availability of all of them in every moment and in the requested volumes, by being able to occur the exceptional form the lack of some article for determined order. In this case, we would inform the client with an email and a solution, whether communicating him the time frame of the delay in having said product or by proposing him to change it by another product of the same characteristics.


Delivery of the order.

We are committed to deliver your order in perfect condition with the information that you pointed out in the order form. In order to optimize the delivery, we are grateful to the customer to indicate information in which the order can be delivered within the normal business hours.

We are not responsible for errors caused by the delivery when the delivery address entered by the customer on the order form, is not the reality or have omitted data.

Products purchased will be delivered to the person/company with the information indicated, within the planned timeframe.

The acceptance and payment of the order, the form implies expressly chosen shipping and the cost of such expenses.

We shall not deliver orders to PO boxes.

In any case, we will contact you according to the data provided for any incident or question.

Once a request has been made, we shall prepare the shipment and you will be sent information about the whole process of acceptance of the order and preparation of it, by email to the email provided in your account. As soon as it is taken from our facilities by the carrier, you will be given a shipping locator number so that you can check the status of the order from the webpage of the transport agency.

Your order will be delivered to the address that you have indicated in the purchase process. The carrier will come to the address indicated during business hours, if he has any problem finding the address, he will call the telephone number you indicated to us when ordering.

In the event that another person pick up the order on your behalf, they must sign the delivery note, indicating their personal data such as ID, name and surname. If there is no one at that time, the carrier will leave a note providing a contact telephone number to which you must call to schedule a day and time for the second delivery attempt. If the carrier fails to find anyone in the second delivery attempt, you will have to go to the office of the carrier to pick up your order personally.
