Artichoke Hearts Protected Geographical Indication Tudela La Vega del Ebro

They are made with the Blanca de Tudela variety, the highest quality on the market. Its collection is manual and the manufacturing process begins a few hours after being harvested. They are peeled one by one and reviewed by hand. The secret of its preparation is to avoid acidification. Only in this way, the artichoke retains its own pH and maintains its natural flavor and all its nutrients. Its medicinal properties are endless: it provides an assimilable sugar without insulin and therefore is recommended for diabetics, promotes intestinal transit, is a natural diuretic and helps regulate the functioning of the liver, kidneys and gallbladder.
