The Torta del Casar is a cheese considered one of the best cheeses in the world, with Protected Designation of Origin, it is made in Cáceres, Extremadura in a completely artisanal way with a great flavor and unmatched quality. Its consumption is carried out by removing its upper crust and smearing almost liquid inside.
