Meat Stuffed Zucchini

If you like vegetables recipes sure you've proven once more the "Zucchini stuffed with meat." Here we show a simple way to prepare.

 

Ingredients (4 people)

2 medium zucchini

250 gr. Mince

1 spring onion

1 red pepper

Pepper

Salt

Olive oil

12 tablespoons of bechamel

 

Elaboration
