Potatoes with Pork Ribs

These potatoes with pork ribs are a recipe that every home is done differently, thanks to the "look and feel" of who prepares them, and ultimately result in all of them is almost similar. A delicious stew of traditional cuisine, prepared with ingredients as "humble" as "miraculous" in the history of our gastronomy, potatoes and pork chops.

 

Ingredients potatoes with ribs for 4 people:

500 gr. pork ribs
5 large potatoes
2 red peppers
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 bay leaf
Olive oil
Salt
Oregano
 

Development of the ribs with potatoes:

We ask the butcher to cut the pork ribs us in not very large and more or less the same size pieces.
Once home, season with oregano and aderezamos. We booked a couple of hours in the fridge.
Then put the red peppers soaking water in a bowl.
When passing hour and a half we put into the pressure cooker or in a pan, three or four tablespoons of olive oil.
Poached clean and chopped onion into small pieces. Add the pieces of pork ribs and once browned, cover with water.
Season it and add the bay leaf and garlic whole and peeled.
We cover and when the maximum pressure cooker is, down to a minimum and let cook 20 minutes.
We opened the pot as we can, add the crushed pepper choricero meat, skinless seeds and potatoes. Peeled and chopped.
We cook the potatoes with ribs another 20 minutes on low heat.
Rectify the salt and serve our potato stew ribs.
