Recipe ingredients for 4-6 people
600 gr. bean
1 pig ear clean
150 gr. chorizo
1 green pepper
1 ripe tomato
1 garlic cabezade
1 piece of ham hock
1 onion
Flour
paprika
1 cup tomato sauce
Olive oil
Salt
Preparation of the black beans with chorizo:
