Very refreshing for this time of year cold plate. Fast and easy to perform.
Ingredients:
1 Melon
250 cl. cream for cooking.
½ liter of white broth (you can use Brik)
4 slices of ham
Salt
White pepper
Some mint leaves
Peppermint oil (peppermint macerated oil getting a couple of hours)
PREPARATION:
Cut the melon, reserving eight balls (which will make a French spoon, but with coffee). We put the melon with the broth to boil, boil crush when mixed with cream. Put the ham in the oven to dry or put it in the microwave a minute to crisp.
Place in a soup tureen and serve chilled with a little oil of peppermint, melon balls, crispy ham and a sprig of mint, sprinkle pepper over and enjoy ... !!!
