Homegrown Hard Nougat following the traditional recipe and using 70% selected almonds from the almond fields that grow in the Tiétar River Valley, protected in a temperate microclimate and irrigated by the melting waters of the Sierra de Gredos, considered of the purest in Spain. An environment where the climate sets the rhythms of almond production, which together with caramel based on honey, sugar and a touch of egg white make this nougat full of flavor and nuances.
