Goat cheese matured and coated with Pastovelia rosemary

It is a cheese made 100% with goat´s milk of national origin, specifically from Extremadura and Castilla-La Mancha, the rind is natural and edible and rosemary is used to cover it, that mixture of flavors of goat cheese with the rind with rosemary makes it a product highly appreciated by consumers and the most exquisite palates. Its mild smell and flavor remind us of the countryside of the Dehesa Extremadura. It is suitable for use as an aperitif, portions and cheese boards for all the organoleptic properties it has, highlighting the flavor, aroma and colorful visual presentation.
