Summer cannelloni

The cannelloni are one of the more popular dishes is, as with most pasta dishes. They are tasty, we can make them with many different ingredients and tastes. However, cannelloni we associate mainly with winter. But you imagine enjoying them also in summer?

Ingredients

1 box of cannelloni (dried or precooked pasta)

1 pinch vegetable Avecrem

1 bag of green pitted olives

300 ml of tomato sauce

300 ml mayonnaise

1 can of tuna

3 boiled eggs chopped

 

preparation

Depending on the type of pasta (dried or precooked), cook pasta or soaking the sheets of cannelloni according to package directions.

Add a pinch of Avecrem the tomato sauce, add the chopped eggs, olives and flaked tuna and mix it all. cannelloni filled with this mixture.

In a bowl, we put a little tomato sauce, put the cannelloni on top and cover them with mayonnaise.
