Chocolate mousse White and Black

Ingredients

200 gr. White Chocolate

100 gr. Black Chocolate

6 eggs

1 pinch of salt

 

 

preparation

  We separate the yolks from the whites. Using an electric beater, we assemble the egg whites heavy snow, with a pinch of salt when they are already mounted separate them into two bowls.

  Melt white chocolate in double boiler or microwave and then do the same with the black chocolate.

  Add the white chocolate half the yolks, mixing vigorously. We do the same with the rest of the egg yolks and black chocolate.

  Gently incorporate the white chocolate in a bowl of egg whites and black chocolate in the other, mixing carefully.

  Distribute the mousses or separated into individual containers in a large glass bowl.
