Oreo cake

This recipe is very easy and quick to make, plus it's very good. If you like this kind of cookies you can not help but try it, you'll be amazed.


OREO TART (8 servings) (15 cm springform pan.)

Ingredients:

     * Base:
100 gr. Oreo
50 gr. butter at room temperature

     * Housing:
3 crushed Oreo cookies (without filling)

     * Fill

250 ml. double cream
100 ml. milk
200 gr. spreadable cheese (Philadelphia type)
80 gr. of sugar
Stuffed Oreo Cover
4 sheets of gelatin (to thicken)

 Preparation:

We started preparing the base. Separate the Oreo filling (kept until) cookies. Crush cookies and add in a bowl. fillings and also add butter and mix well until a paste.

Put the mixture on bottom of pan and crush well with a spoon or the like, ensuring that the entire base is the same thickness. Once it is ready, we will put our mold in the fridge or freezer to solidify the base.

IMPORTANT!! If the mold we use not desmoldable, before placing the base of the cake we cover the entire film mold, then wash it out smoothly.

Now we list the deck! 3 Oreos separate filling (6 total cookie halves, go), the grind and the reserve for the final.

For the filling of the pie, we will put in a saucepan the cream, milk, cheese, sugar and fillings cover at maximum temperature and stirring everything occasionally.

When about to break to boil, add the gelatin sheets and continue stirring the mixture for about 4 minutes to dissolve well. should not reach boiling, so get off the heat slightly if still stirring the mixture is too hot.

When it is homogeneous, Withdraw the pan from the heat and let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes. After this time, we add it on the cold base.

Back to refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours (best overnight) until completely curd.

Once ready, we add crushed cookies over and ... finally !!

You can also decorate with mini Oreo Oreo and on the sides, it is great!
