Javimar´s pickled mussels from the Galician Rías (Mytilus Galloprovincialis variety) are HAND SELECTED and come from the rafts located in the Rías Baixas, internationally recognized for the quality of their waters and seafood. They are always collected in the middle of the campaign so that they preserve all their properties. All this, together with its characteristic flavor and our smooth and tasty homemade pickle, results in a product of the highest quality.
