Red wine Marqués de Riscal Reserva Denomination of Origin Rioja

Grapes from vines of the Tempranillo variety planted before the 70s, located in the best calcareous clay soils of the Rioja Alavesa. This variety supports well the aging in wood and the aging in bottle thanks to its good acid balance and its fine tanicidad. The varieties Graciano and Mazuelo, whose percentage in the mixture does not surpass 10%, bring freshness and vividness of color.

Pretty cherry colored wine. Balsamic aroma and spice of great complexity, with notes of ripe black fruits and lightly toasted. In the mouth it has good structure, is tasty, dense and with round and elegant tannins. The finish is long and fresh, with a faint memory of oak
