Pesquera red wine aging O.D. Ribera del Duero

The wines of ´Pesquera´ are always made from whole, destemmed fruits. Fermentation, at a controlled temperature, lasts two to three weeks. After they pressed, and unclarified, wines directly pass a wise and subtle combination of American oak barrels and French with different toast. There they will rest among frequent decanting for 18 months ´Tintos Pesquera´

Tasting notes: Intense ruby ​​red color with almost cardinal hues. appealing aroma of ripe red fruits that resemble blueberries and candied plums also include spices like cinnamon and cloves and glisten black licorice aromas and coconut on a soft and smooth texture. The palate is exquisite, sweet and fruity, with hints of candied fruits that remind us of figs and grapes currants. Wine really exceptional, very concentrated on the palate.
