The chorizo pepper is similar to the ñora product, since both are red peppers, sun-dried, have a long duration and offer a great aroma in the kitchen. But not to be confused because each has its own flavor and different uses; the chorizo pepper is soaked, open and scraping with a knife or a spoon, the pulp is removed to add to the dish being prepared.
