Chili pepper in Cobi branch
Small pepper, very spicy, conical shape narrowing on the tip. Its size and color may vary depending on the variety. When it is used on the branch it is to give flavor to the dishes and to be able to remove it later without eating it. Retiring at the end of cooking reduces its spicy flavor
Indicated for gulas, snails, quails, tripe, prawns with garlic, cod, bonito, lamb, stews in general.
