Compango of excellent quality and in optimal quantity to prepare 1/2 kg. of Fabada Asturiana. It consists of blood sausage, ham and chorizo, which are the necessary ingredients for the preparation of this dish.

CURED PANCETTE: Pork belly, salt, sugar, acidity corrector (E-331iii), preservatives (E-252, E-250), antioxidant (E-301).
CHORIZO: Pork meat and bacon, paprika, salt, dextrin, dextrose, spices, paprika oleoresin, antioxidant (E-301), preservatives (E-252, E-250).
