Pour the contents of this envelope into 700 ml of water in a non-stick pan or medium pot (22/24 cm in diameter).
When the water boils, cook over medium heat without covering.
Keep on the fire until the water has been absorbed and the sauce acquires the desired texture (13 minutes approx.). Stir from time to time and especially at the end of cooking.
Remove from heat and allow to rest for two minutes before serving. To obtain a creamier texture, remove a moment before reaching the desired texture. The result may vary depending on the cooking system used.
