Extra Virgin Olive Oil Osaceite
Juice from the partial and cold extraction of the first drops of oil that come off by themselves during grinding and before the first pressing. To obtain a liter of first pressure oil, approximately 5Kg of olives are needed; on the other hand, to obtain a liter of partially extracted oil, slightly more than 11Kg of olives of the Hojiblanca and Picual varieties are required. The juice thus obtained is an oil with very pronounced aromas of fresh olive, notes of olive leaf and an almond flavor that leaves an exquisite finish in the mouth.
