Nordés Gin breaks radically with preconceived ideas, redefining the boundaries of the categories of gins. It has been created with the distillate base of grapes traditionally grown in Galicia.

Nordés is a gin that starts from a slow and calm distillate. To obtain the wine spirit, which is the soul of the product, a portion of Galician local grape of the Albariño variety is used. The distillate is tinged with the maceration of twelve botanists of proximity and overseas.

In addition to juniper, it has several wild Galician such as hierbaluisa, bay leaves or eucalyptus. It also incorporates salicornia, - a marine plant - cardamom, peppermint, ginger, hibiscus, Ceylon black tea, sage and quina.
