Artisan Lavender Honey Setenta y Nueve
Lavender honey of light amber color, like gold. Floral aroma reminiscent of Lavender fields, with a hint of chamomile. Sweet and fruity flavor, with an acid touch and a very unusual aftertaste.
Origin: Tiedra (Valladolid) Production time: July and August.
Crystallization: Medium tendency to crystallization. When it does, its color turns whitish.
Properties: Indicated against colds, asthma and bronchitis. It is also a good antiseptic.
Natural honey: All our honeys are raw, that is, unpasteurized. It means that they are never heated to more than 40º, and also the heat is not applied directly. All this to preserve the unique properties of each type of honey. For this reason, they all crystallize at a low temperature. If you prefer it liquid, heat the jar in a bain-marie and without exceeding 40º. It is a 100% natural honey, which goes directly from the hive to your home. This means that it has not been homogenized and that therefore the color may vary.
