Artisan Forest Honey Stenta y Nueve
Holm oak and oak honeydew, with a dark almost black color and a malt aroma. Strong malt flavor, less sweet than other honeys since it is richer in mineral salts, and with a certain salty touch
Origin: Tiedra (Valladolid) and Arribes del Duero Natural Park (Zamora and Salamanca).
Production time: August and September.
Crystallization: Very low tendency to crystallization.
Properties: Indicated against colds, asthma and bronchitis. It is also a good antiseptic. The digestive and astringent properties predominate.
Thanks to its high content of minerals, it is used occasionally for treatments against anemia and diseases in the respiratory tract.
Natural honey: All our honeys are raw, that is, unpasteurized. It means that they are never heated to more than 40º, and also the heat is not applied directly. All this to preserve the unique properties of each type of honey. For this reason, they all crystallize at a low temperature. If you prefer it liquid, heat the jar in a bain-marie and without exceeding 40º. It is a 100% natural honey, which goes directly from the hive to your home. This means that it has not been homogenized and that therefore the color may vary.
