Artisan Rosemary Honey Setenta y Nueve

Rosemary honey, usually transparent amber color, very clear. Weak, floral and fresh aroma. Sweet and fruity flavor.

Origin: Montes de Toledo

Production time: Early spring.

Crystallization: Low tendency to crystallize.

Properties: Indicated for respiratory conditions and with high digestive capacity. Thanks to its high lithium content, it is ideal to combat stress and improve memory.

Natural honey: All our honeys are raw, that is, unpasteurized. It means that they are never heated to more than 40º, and also the heat is not applied directly. All this to preserve the unique properties of each type of honey. For this reason, they all crystallize at a low temperature. If you prefer it liquid, heat the jar in a bain-marie and without exceeding 40º. It is a 100% natural honey, which goes directly from the hive to your home. This means that it has not been homogenized and that therefore the color may vary.
