Cheese made with raw milk of goat and paprika of La Vera, pressed paste, firm and with unevenly distributed eyes, orange (paprika), mild and lactic smell, flavor with acidified lactic nuances, with memories of sweet paprika and crust clearly defined, rough and anointed with sweet paprika paste and inedible anti-mold film. The paprika is present in the cheese mass and in the outside, resulting in a cheese full of smoked paprika flavor
