Iberian black pudding España e hijos. Iberian sausage in candle format, made with meat and fat of Iberian pig bait. Its elegant flavor with fine touches to spices, makes it ideal to consume as an aperitif and to make exquisite tapas. It is kept perfectly 12 months in a cool and dry place. Once it is started, it is recommended to protect the cut with film or similar paper and keep it in the refrigerator and remove it from the container and leave it in the air at least 30 minutes before its consumption, so that it recovers the color, consistency and no masking in the flavor.
