The word nipple clearly defines the concave-convex, flat, conical shape with a slight traditional nipple at its apex.
It is the most characteristic and typical Galician cheese and easily recognizable by its format and its smooth, thin crust, straw yellow color.
Soft, creamy, uniform, with few eyes and ivory-white, yellowish paste, is very creamy on the palate and a very natural flavor, milk, soft and slightly salty acidulous suitable for everyone. A cheese daily and continued consumption, at all hours, with good culinary uses, especially for stuffed and breaded, because of his flux character with heatstroke.
