PASTEURIZED MILK OF COW (55% MIN.), GOAT (5% MIN.) AND SHEEP (5% MIN.), SALT, RENNET, LACTIC FERMENTS, CALCIUM CHLORIDE AND PRESERVATIVE: LISOZYME (DERIVED FROM EGG). SURFACE PRESERVATIVES: E-235, E-202 AND COLORANT E-153 IN BARK.
