Made from raw goat's milk, rennet, dairy ferments and salt.
The color of fresh cheese is yellowish white on the outside and ivory white on the inside. The Semicurado spread with Pimentón by outside is reddish and spread with gofio has a beige.
Taste and Odor: very little acid, lactic weak.
Court appearance: compact, closed, with a few small eyes regularly distributed.
Texture: average roughness, something wet and weak elasticity.
