Piquillo toast with tuna and Blue Cheese

This recipe is a delicacy that melts in the mouth that will delight your palate. Their preparation is very quick and easy. Ideal for an aperitif or as a starter.

 

Ingredients:

1 jar piquillo peppers
2 cans of tuna
1 pot cream cheese
1 piece of blue cheese
300ml double cream
Bread
 

Preparation:

 

In a glass blender put the cream cheese terrine, tuna and blue cheese, we beat all until a spongy mass, let stand and then fill the peppers with the dough, helping a spoon.

 

Preheat oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Place the peppers in a tray so they do not touch each other, pour the cream on top and bake for about 10 minutes, until you see that are a little golden brown on top.

 

Cut the bread into slices and roast it., We cut the peppers in half and place them on top of the toast, decorate with some chives or other spice that gives flavor and Enjoy it !.
