Lasagna Spinach, Ham and Potato.

This recipe shows us a different way to make a lasagna because it does not use plates of pasta, which substitute for potato and thus give a texture and taste very different, but no less tasty. Are you urge to try it?

Ingredients:

1 clove garlic

Spinach (fresh or frozen)

250 gr. of ham

3 medium potatoes

1 liter of whole milk

4 tablespoons flour

3 tablespoons olive oil

3 nuts butter

Grated cheese gratin

 

Preparation:

Make a light white sauce and set aside.

Cut into slices half a centimeter potatoes and fry them at low temperature, then let drain on paper towels.

Saute spinach with minced garlic and separate it.

Put in a baking dish a thin layer of bechamel, then put a layer of potatoes, a layer of ham, spinach, bechamel and repeat with another layer of potatoes, ham, spinach, potatoes and bechamel, above sprinkle cheese grated and introduce in the oven to broil until golden brown.
