April Fair in Seville

Sevilla Fair is always held the third week after Easter, Tuesday to Sunday inclusive. Although more and more numerous people who advance the fair the weekend before. The gastronomy fair begins with dinner "pescaito". On Monday night, before lighting, and family members gather in private houses for dinner. The star dish is fresh fish, anchovies, pijotas, marinated dogfish, squid, cuttlefish, mullet, etc. accompanied by hors d'oeuvres, Iberian pork, ham, cheese, shrimps and prawns. Drinking chamomile, rebujito, beer and soft drinks.

From noon the fairgrounds begins to fill the public to see the traditional horse ride.

Check lunchtime, everyone is approaching the dugout to meet with family and friends, and so have a nice day out of the daily routine. In the houses we can find dishes and typical products of Andalusia: stew, cod with chickpeas, pork, seafood, scrambled, fried, gazpacho and some grilled meats, not forgetting the omelette. Lunch is prolonged, between servings and drinks well into the late evening. If you do not have to approach booth where to eat we inform you that Real there are a number of booths with free access.

The dinner is held pecking rations with varied products offered by the restoration of the booths, accompanied by beer, chamomile, fine wine, and soft drinks rebujito. The menu of products is the same as noon. After a long day between singing, dancing and especially drink, nothing better than a good stew broth to replace some strength and keep holding the guy.

To end the day we moved to the area buñolerías to taste churros with chocolate and thus leave the show to rest and come back the next day.

Chamomile and fine wine are beverages that accompany the show since its inception. Both are from the province of Cadiz, chamomile is a wine from Sanlucar de Barrameda and fino sherry. In recent years it has been imposed the "rebujito" manzanilla mixed with the soda and plenty of ice.
